With membership revenues up 7 percent from 2002, marking the 11th consecutive year of increased membership revenue, Pre-Paid Legal Services® , Inc., added a 3 percent gain in active memberships over the previous year.

As a market leader providing legal plans and services since 1972, Pre-Paid Legal Services® , Inc., provides family plans, specialized professional and group plans, and business plans through a network of independent law firms under contract with the Company. While Family Legal Plans account for almost 95 percent of all memberships, Pre-Paid Legal Services continues to introduce innovative products and services such as the Identity Theft Shield, made available in the third quarter of 2003, which offers credit monitoring and credit restoration in the event of identity theft.
